Interns Veda Karthik and Kavya recently visited Vipus Advanced Materials for a deep dive into the world of advanced manufacturing. Far from a surface-level tour, their visit offered a firsthand look at clean room operations, the practical application of ISO 9001:2015 standards, and how cutting-edge technology integrates seamlessly with real-world aerospace systems. More than photo ops, these are immersive, hands-on tech experiences that invite real exploration and understand how tech integrates with real industries like aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

3. Day at Vtiger CRM: Leadership, Learning, and Career Clarity

Arun Kumar R, Ashwija L A, Chandrashekar, Disha Crasta, Manoj Kumar N R, Manoj Kumar N S, Shashank Patil, and Smruthi Ranjan Pradhan have all had transformative experiences through industry visits and real-world engagement.

During a visit to Vtiger CRM in Bangalore, they spent the day learning from company leadership. Sreenivas Kanumuru, CEO, shared his journey and insights into building a customer-focused, innovation-led company. Prasad A, CTO, emphasized adaptability and long-term vision in shaping a tech career, while Vidya Devaraj, Manager – Billing and HR, offered practical advice on teamwork, company culture, and growth. The exposure to leadership, operations, and cross-functional dynamics made a lasting impact.

4. Multi-Track Specialization
