The MIT Mysore Edin Cricket League 2025 is a charity tennis ball cricket tournament organized for corporates and academicians by Edin and MIT, powered by Tata Motors and Naksha Builders. Over the past five years, it has provided Mysore based companies a platform to meet, play, and enjoy friendly cricket matches.
On April 19, the first match of the season was held at the MIT College grounds. This year marked a special occasion for Tekvocation, as the company’s cricket team made its debut in the tournament. Young boys of both Tekvocation and Edcite Mysore had been preparing for the match with regular practice sessions for over a month.
For many in the team, it was a refreshing change from their regular work routine. The experience of coming together for training, strategizing, and finally playing the match added a new dimension to their professional life. Sharing their experience, the players said, “It was a good experience playing in matches after a long time.” The tournament offered them an opportunity to balance work and play, build stronger team spirit, and create lasting memories beyond office walls.
Tekvocation’s participation in the ECL was a proud and encouraging step towards promoting a culture of wellness, teamwork, and healthy recreation at the workplace.
