













On November 8, Tekvocation held a session of its Knowledge Hub - Friday Expert Series, featuring Mrs. Madhavi KR, an esteemed educator and trainer with extensive experience in communication, leadership, and Business English. Known for her comprehensive training approach, Madhavi combines her academic and professional expertise to guide individuals and teams toward achieving their goals.
In her session Madhavi introduced the “3C Framework” for digital marketing—a model encompassing Connect, Convert, and Continuous Engagement. She outlined how this strategy allows brands to create lasting customer relationships by establishing an online presence, leading customers through targeted journeys to conversions, and maintaining loyalty through consistent engagement. Madhavi shared insights on engaging audiences across paid, owned, and earned media, stressing that personalized interactions are crucial to driving customer action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a service.
The session also introduced techniques like social listening, content creation vs. curation, and the nuances between content marketing and advertising. Madhavi underscored that while advertising drives immediate actions, content marketing cultivates long-term relationships.
